Building and running a business is A LOT of work. Especially if you are struggling to grow and or have grown fast. No matter what season you are in there is always more to do and we are not given more hours to get it done. There are so many moving parts that are included when branding and marketing a business, and social media marketing is one of the LARGEST contributors to website traffic today.

With all the moving parts on social media platforms that you are trying to keep up with your daily business tasks, do you really have time to sit and post content, research competitors, target the right audience, track analytics and conversions, create all the graphics?

I know most of us take time out to check our Facebook and Instagram and see the latest news or posts and read all the latest top celeb tweets. Doing all these things though, are on a personal level and will not help drive traffic to your website, door, or blogs.

Are You Visible?

Have Authority

Use your specific knowledge or valuable skill to promote yourself as an authority to help others. Lead a seminar, workshop, or meet up. When leading one of these, you position yourself as an expert and potentially generate new revenue if you charge a fee. You may also toss around the idea of creating a blog or publication.

Target Audience

Who is your target market audience? Are you targeting your audience or are you just throwing money at marketing ads hoping for growth? When it comes to advertising your business, it is imperative that you know who your “Target Audience” is and how to reach them.

You need to be direct. Directly reaching their interest in your product or service. Doing this will ultimately bring more revenue to your business.

You can figure out your message, your hook and your delivery, but if you do not understand your audience then you are just throwing money out the window in advertising cost.
